合成填充保暖物的等效羽绒蓬松度

BPL的某童鞋(Jerry Adams )做了个实验来测试各个填充材料的保暖能力
实验条件大概是这样的

热源和层叠的保暖材料以及温度探头

实验的可重复性也不错


测试条件是
I measured several insulations that I have.
“Apex” is Apex.
“One” is Primaloft One.
“Primaloft” is Primaloft Sport, I believe (I got it from the BPL store before it closed, and Addie wasn’t sure what it was).
“Down” is 800 fill power down from hammockgear.com, overfilled 10% (using American ratings, 0% according to European ratings).
“Overfilled down” is overfilled 100%.
“Fleece” is 200 weight, based on the weight of the fabric, which I purchased from a local fabric store. The fleece was on both sides, and it stretches in one direction more than the other.
Each piece was 14 x 14 inches.
材料分别有
2.5 oz Apex
3 oz One
3 oz Primaloft
Down
Overfilled Down
Fleece

那么结果呢 大家要不先猜猜

没看懂2个是什么区别 其实就是在说overfill这个概念 同义词overstuff
其实就是这样假设2英寸厚的的充绒条要冲30g羽绒 以此保证羽绒完全蓬松且充满空间
overstuff就是在理论基础上多冲些绒 其主要目的是保证羽绒制品的长期保暖能力
down就是800fp的羽绒 作者特别注明了10%的overfilled
100% overfilled就是该冲100g 冲了200g
