DescriptionThe Oware Epic Bivy Sack is a relatively new concept in bivy sack thinking: use a non-waterproof but more breathable upper to prevent the accumulation of moisture in your sleeping bag and preserve its loft.
Attention - Silicone Impregnated (coated) nylons are NOT flame retardant and will continue to burn once exposed to flame. Do not use near open flame or high heat sources.
Specifications
Weight: 8.80 oz (250 g)
Dimensions: 74" girth at top of shoulders tapering to 60" at foot seam. Roomy enough for most folks to use a winter bag and two pads inside. If in doubt, use a string and yardstick to measure around your bag and pads while you are inside to get dimensions.
Weight: 9.80 oz (bivy sack), 1.30 oz (removable mosquito netting), 0.15 oz (cord for lifting head of bivy off of face), 0.45 oz (silicone impregnated nylon stuff sack)

Small - fits to 5'6"
Regular - fits to 6', 80 inches long
Long - fits to 6'6"
Features
Cross chest zipper with outside pullout tab (tie it to a tree etc. to keep the fabric off your face).
Rolled seams make it easy to seam seal if desired.
Bug netting (noseeum mesh) zips out for winter use.
Comes with an ultralight silicone-impregnated nylon stuff sack.
Application notes regarding Oware Epic Bivy Sack - Size Regular
We've always found utility in pairing a bivy sack with a small tarp for light-and-fast travel in the mountains. However, long gone are the days of so called 'waterproof-breathable' bivy sacks, which quickly compromise the loft of a down bag after only a few days. We tried the Bibler Winter Bivy, which is an all-EPIC bivy sack, which works well in a tent but its non-waterproof floor requires the use of a ground cloth under a tarp and the space is pretty cramped as it's a relatively tight bivy sack. The Oware Epic bivy, however, addresses all of these shortcomings - it is roomy enough for even a winter sleeping bag and it has a waterproof floor. Best of all, at 8.8 oz, it is one of the lightest bivy sacks on the market. The Epic upper shell is very effective at resisting rain spray and spindrift and you will notice very little, if any, condensation on the inside surface of the Epic, even in cold, wet conditions (assuming you are not overdressed and sweating or soaking wet inside your sleeping bag!).

简单来说上片采用epic透气，下片使用Silnylon防水，立体剪裁使睡袋保持蓬松。开口处可拆卸纱 ，四角有拉环可以固定。重量与winter相当。
看起来使用范围上要比winter广泛一些，不像winter那样纯粹。开口处的可拆卸纱 兼顾了徒步的使用。
只在上片使用epic后，不知道透气性是否依然，下片会否结露。

这是真实环境中的使用照片，没有摄影棚、没有灯光、没有特别的前期和后期处理，很多人不是正需要这样的照片吗？
