Try a smaller pack!
Make it work. Start with a trip that is familiar or well within your personal comfort level—warm summer weather, etc. Make that small day pack work for two days. The rewards of packing light are greater comfort and safety.

Be wary of packs that are heavy. Five pound day packs and seven to eight pound expedition packs are far too common. Be wary of packs that promise to transfer the load here and dissipate energy there. Assuming a correct fit, the pack that carries the weight best is usually the lighter one. Remember, weight is the enemy.


Skillfully packing a frameless or light-framed pack also translates to greater comfort.

呵呵，这个网站有给deuter做广告的嫌疑，说到轻型背包，deuter无论如何算不上王道啊。而且居然没有o和gg的。
