纽巴伦的9系列也可考虑，OFF ROAD系列各项技术还是不错的

买asics的主要想体验一下他的gel效果到底如何（刚刚下楼跑了2k 在水泥地 还有上下楼梯感觉不太自然 但是上下坡很舒服 后跟处有明显缓冲可能是新鞋缘故 整个鞋底有点硬保护比较好 重量也大一些 这是和我一直使用的mizuno相比）继续 另一双鞋子

不为挡太阳 主要防止夜间头部散热太快 基本装备已经齐了

考虑搞个裙子去 小变化
acics的鞋子退了 因为鞋底脱胶 大家以后买断码/存货的时候 一定要注意鞋底胶水是不是老化了
换了2双nb鞋子 539和342 我一双 我家领导一双

我穿了好久的717和现在的766感觉都不错 不过不是越野跑鞋，71X和76X的中底和减震都算比较硬，偶尔有时候山地跑跑感觉也还可以
以后要买还买76X 系列 或者考虑 99X 的 .
我朋友穿的604越野跑鞋据说就不很舒服 .
