trail running装备

1。鞋 acisc tn129 GEL Trabuco

This is a trail shoe in name and look only. One of the few running shoes with arch support built in, the Trabuco is a fine pronation control shoe with some of the best characteristics of the 2090, and the Foundation Plus put into one shoe. For the woods or the roads, the Trabuco fits right in.

2. 水带包 karrimor hydr8 (10)

Designed for the runner this 10 litre sack will take lighweight water or windproofs, and the usual hill essentials. Two zipped mesh pockets for energy bars. Reflective strips and loop for flashing LED when road running at night. Key clip. Elasticated chest strap, mesh back and mesh hip belt. Water resistant main zip. Removable front shock cord carrying system allows easy access to a spare windproof or lightweight waterproof.

acisc 的鞋子不错··专业跑步鞋的厂家，全球跑鞋销量名列前茅。。。有一点，越野鞋的鞋头比较尖，一定要试试再买
纽巴伦的9系列也可考虑，OFF ROAD系列各项技术还是不错的

买asics的主要想体验一下他的gel效果到底如何（刚刚下楼跑了2k 在水泥地还有上下楼梯感觉不太自然但是上下坡很舒服后跟处有明显缓冲可能是新鞋缘故整个鞋底有点硬保护比较好重量也大一些这是和我一直使用的mizuno相比）

全开拉链重量非常轻但是不耐操所以只能退居trail running 防雨用途

acics的鞋子退了因为鞋底脱胶大家以后买断码/存货的时候一定要注意鞋底胶水是不是老化了

换了2双nb鞋子 539和342 我一双我家领导一双

我穿了好久的717和现在的766感觉都不错不过不是越野跑鞋，71X和76X的中底和减震都算比较硬，偶尔有时候山地跑跑感觉也还可以
以后要买还买76X 系列或者考虑 99X 的 .
我朋友穿的604越野跑鞋据说就不很舒服 .
