Included below is the information required to mail the product to us for evaluation and repair.
On the outside of the box please write:
"RA# 60191"
"Canadian Goods returning for warranty repair, no commercial value"

I can understand your frustration with the sternum strap on your Naos backpack. This is not a problem that normally occurs with these packs. Unfortunately, you have received one that did have this problem. Fortunately, repairing this problem is quite simple.
Whereabouts did you purchase this pack?
我说我在SAC上买的,幸亏这次是胸带,要是肩带就麻烦大了。小鸟回复:
If you are not fully satisfied with your Naos, we can definitely look into getting you into a different model of pack. We will still have to receive and inspect your Naso pack before proceeding further.
If you are looking for a trekking style pack, I would highly encourage you to look at our Bora line. They are a very reliable pack and are our most popular pack.
Please send your pack to the address indicated in our previous emails.
