上有少许简单介绍
We told you all about the new Talon 44 due out late this year, but what we didn't mention was that the 44-litre version is just the largest of a range of four new ultra-lightweight Talon packs.
Aimed at superlightweight afficionados, the Talon also comes in 11, 22 and 33-litre versions. They all feature a ventilated back panel with ridge-moulded foam, lightweight fabrics, a 4mm HDPE foam back panel and stretch back and side pockets. They're also all, as you'd expect, fully hydration system compatible.
Claimed weights are impressive too with the 11-litre version tipping the scales at around 600 grammes, the 22 at 770 grammes, the 33 around 800 and the 44, as we reported yesterday, just over a kilogramme(1050gram). Weights vary according to the back-length size.
They should be ideal for anyone looking to save a bunch of weight from their pack while retaining a fully-featured sac. Prices will range from £50 for the smallest version through to £100 for the 44-litre one with the 22 and 33 coming in at £60 and £70 respectively.

Due out later in the year, possibly just in time for Christmas, is the new Talon 44, a lightweight sac which weighs in at a claimed 1.05 kilos - that's light by the way - but still features backpanel ventilation and shoulder harness adjustment plus the sort of neat construction and features you'd expect from Osprey including hip-belt pockets, stretch front pocket, proper compression system and an alloy-tubed perimeter frame. Generally packs at this weight are a lot more minimalist. |
